Initial Inspection and Assessment

Before construction begins, the pre-construction phase lays the foundation for a successful project. This phase encompasses several crucial steps, including facilitating the loss, project planning, permitting, budgeting, and site preparation.

Step 1: Arrival and Safety Check

One of our technicians will arrive and ensure the safety of the site through a series of questions and assessments.

Step 2: Damage Assessment

Our technician will evaluate the extent of the water damage using moisture meters and hygrometers.

Step 3: Plan of Action

At this stage we will develop a restoration plan tailored to the specific damage identified in the previous step.

Mitigation Phase

Following our initial inspection and assessment we will then proceed forward with the restoration plan approved by the homeowner and/or the insurance carrier.

Step 1: Water Removal

Our technicians will begin by pumping out any standing water using submersible pumps and industrial extractors to remove standing water.

Step 2: Drying and Dehumidification

Following the extraction of the water we will follow-up with setting up high-speed air movers to promote evaporation, use industrial-grade dehumidifiers to remove moisture from the air, and regularly monitor moisture levels to ensure thorough drying.

Step 3: Damaged Material Removal

Unfortunately, some materials may not be salvageable, these items will be communicated to you by the technician. These materials will be disposed of in an effort to save the structure and accelerate the drying of the property.

Step 4: Cleaning and Sanitization

Then we will begin with surface cleaning by cleaning and sanitize walls, floors, and other surfaces to prevent additional damage followed by employing additional tactics as needed.

Construction Phase

If any demolition was necessary during the prior phase our team of experts will help get everything back together, whether that be a small patch of a complete re-build of your property. Miracle Construction & Restoration will deal with your insurance carrier or you directly to ensure the loss is facilitated.

Step 1: Assessment

An estimator will be assigned to your project and assess the loss, taking images and measurements of the property. We will then move on to submitting an estimate for approval.

Step 2: Approval

Once we have received an approval we will proceed with scheduling.

Step 3: Construction

With all approvals in place, construction begins! Our skilled team of craftsmen and construction professionals will work diligently to bring your vision to life.
